Welcome to Sans Golden Nest, Yelagiri. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Payments All bookings are subject to availability. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in time: 12:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: One night’s stay will be charged. No-shows: No refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

4. Guest Conduct Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid any behavior that may disturb other guests. Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms. The use of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited.

5. Damages & Losses Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay. Any loss or damage will be charged to the guest’s account.

6. Children & Extra Guests Children under 5 years stay free with parents using existing bedding. Extra guests are allowed at an additional charge (subject to room capacity).

7. Pets Policy Pets are not allowed unless explicitly mentioned at the time of booking.

8. Liability Disclaimer Sans Golden Nest is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.

9. Privacy We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or for reservation purposes.

10. Right to Refuse The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service to any guest for misconduct, illegal activities, or non-compliance with hotel policies.
